15 fresh special tomatoes
2 sweet red peppers
1.5 big white onion
1 whole bulb of garlic
1 bunch basil
butter
chicken or vegetable stock
doubel cream

Preheat the oven to max heat. Place the tomatoes, peppers, onion, and garlic on a large baking tray. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast until char spots appear, around 30 minutes.

Blend the roasted vegetables together with stock, double cream, and some basil leaves. Add salt, pepper and butter to taste. Serve with basil leaves and an extra slice of butter on top.
