500g pork belly
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tsp sugar
500g pork belly
To make the pork easier to slice, semi-freeze it for around 1 hour.
Take the pork out and slice really thinly lengthways like bacon.
Fry slowly, on low to medium, and place nice and flat on the pan. Do in smaller batches if they need the space. Turn them over when crispy.
1 tbsp oyster sauce | 3 tsp sugar
Spoon fat out. Lower the heat, then add oyster sauce and sugar. Turn off the heat immediately.
