1 tsp soy sauce
drizzle of dark soy sauce
2 tsp sugar

500g chicken wings | cooking oil
Pan fry the chicken wings on low medium heat until crispy, around 10 minutes.
1 tsp oyster sauce | 1 tsp soy sauce | drizzle of dark soy sauce | 2 tsp sugar | MSG
Turn the heat to low and add the flavouring; oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and MSG.
