for the marinade;
1kg chicken
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp salt
3-4 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric paste
2 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 lime juice, squeezed
2-3 tbsp yoghurt
ghee
4 large onions, chopped finely
5-6 chillies, chopped finely
coriander, chopped
1kg chicken | 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste | 2 tbsp salt | 3-4 tsp chilli powder | 2 tsp turmeric paste | 2 tbsp garam masala | 2 tsp cumin powder | 2 tsp coriander powder | 1/2 lime juice, squeezed | 2-3 tbsp yoghurt | ghee
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients, at least for a few hours, best overnight.
4 large onions, chopped finely | 5-6 chillies, chopped finely
Chop the onions and chillies as small as possible.

Add equal parts ghee and oil to a deep pan/pot. Add the onion and chillies and cook until golden brown. Add the marinated chicken and mix well. After 5 minutes mix again and cover with lid, mixing every few minutes. When the chicken is 2/3 cooked add a glass of hot water, mix again, and cover with lid.
2 tsp pepper | coriander, chopped
When cooked, add 2 tsp pepper, mix, and then serve with chopped coriander on top.
