4 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp chinese beancurd paste

In a pan, fry ginger, garlic, and the white parts of the spring onion.
minced pork | salt | white pepper
Add the minced pork, salt, and white pepper. Fry until golden and cooked.
1 tbsp mirin | 2 tbsp sugar | 4 tbsp miso paste | 1 tsp chinese beancurd paste
Reduce to a low heat and add the mirin, sugar, miso paste, beancurd paste.
900ml water | chicken bouillon | hondashi | dry ramen noodles | spring onion
Add the water, chicken bouillon, and hondashi. Add the ramen and cook until noodles are done. Top with the green parts of the spring onion.
