Dice all of the ingredients for the filling. Fry the king prawn and pork belly separately, then stiry fry everything into one pan. Season with salt and MSG to taste.

Make the bread mix and prove in the oven until the dough doubles in size.
Roll the dough into balls, flatten, scoop filling in and tie everything together.
Steam for 15 minutes.
