4 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 big handful dried lily flowers
dried beancurd sticks
4 or 5 jujube fruits
handful of goji berries, optional
2 packs glass noodles or mung bean noodles
chicken stock for base
celery
spring onions
ginger, sliced
chicken powder

Soak the dried shiitake and lily flowers for half an hour.

Boil the chicken stock with celery sticks, spring onions whole, sliced ginger, chicken powder, MSG, and salt. Simmer for a while until the celery is soft.

Add the dried shiitake, lily flowers, beancurd sticks, jujubes, goji berries, and noodles. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
