2 tbsp sugar
1 white onion
1 spring onion
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp fish sauce

Chop the radish into bite sized cubes. Dry brine in a glass jar with salt and sugar for 1 hour. Drain afterwards.

Grind onion, spring onion greens, ginger, garlic, gocugaru, and fish sauce.
