classic crepes

100g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
1 tbsp oil
caster sugar, amount depending on preference
butter

Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then slowly mix the wet mixture into the dry one.

Melt butter onto the pan and fry the pancakes on medium. Flip when light golden and fry for two more minutes. Spread a layer of butter on each pancake after each is done.
